Perfect timing on this one , as I'm at home , feeling a little pooped myself!
Just finished 'The Untethered Soul' ....the book I bought in Bayfield. It talks about not getting all caught up in the judgement of things , with ourselves , and everything.
It's like when we get a bruise ,we usually don't analize it to death , or wonder how we could possibly be so stupid or clumsy etc. We just observe it ...oh , I must have bumped into something... but we tend to over analize other areas of life , which we actually should just see as bruises ....little reminders that the body needs to do a little repair on something...if we would only allow it!
It was a very good book!
Sounds like an excellent book ... and a good GIT topic! Observe it & allow it ... good advice ;-D
